Second Chance Saturday – Ballet Barre Pilates Fusion

The “Second Chance Saturday” classes will be Pilates and Barre based focusing on light weight conditioning, core strengthening and light cardio. The Fri & Sat classes will differ so if you make both, you won’t be bored.

  • When: Saturday at 9a. 50 minutes in length.
  • Where: Wellness Studio in the Exchange
