Members & Guests, Chef Robert will be serving the entrees listed below from 𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝟖𝐩 on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings.
-Langoustines served with risotto, Chef’s vegetables & drawn butter
-New York Strip served with a baked potato & Chef’s vegetables
-Pot Roast with beef, carrots, onions, mushrooms & potatoes in rich creamy broth
-Chicken Parmesan with fried chicken cutlets, topped with tomato sauce & mozzarella, served with fingerling potatoes and chef’s vegetables

Dining will be available upstairs in the Dining Room, outdoors on the Screened-in Porch, & poolside.
