The award-winning inland basin marina offers year-round boating on the seven mile expanse of the Neuse River, the Intracoastal Waterway and the coastal towns and anchorages of the Pamlico Sound.

Property owners at River Dunes enjoy the centrally-located “built-for-boaters” marina, with slips from 35-75′ + t-heads, floating docks, full-length finger piers, and wi-fi to the slips.

For the transient boaters and long-term leases, the Mariner’s Lounge offers showers, laundry and a comfortable 24/7 space for boaters to unwind with couches and a tv. Residents & guests can stop at the fuel dock for marine diesel, gas and pump-out.

An award-winning 28 acre, 400 slip inland basin marina on the Intracoastal Waterway near Oriental, North Carolina. The River Dunes Marina offers year-round boating, floating docks, and outstanding onshore amenities.

Transient boaters are invited to enjoy the Club Dining Room, Yawl’s Cafe and the Provision Co. during their stay. The grocery stores in town offer same-day delivery.

Grace Harbor Provision Co.
Offers provisions, snacks, drinks, pastries, outerwear, tee-shirts, hats and gifts across the street from the marina. Access to bikes, kayaks, pool & tennis.

The Club Dining Room
Transient boater guests are invited to dine in the Harbor Club during their stay.

The River Dunes Harbor Club is an exceptional private yacht club overlooking Grace Harbor, located in the heart of the River Dunes boating community. Members enjoy an award-winning marina, outstanding service and stunning club facilities. Our experienced Chef draws inspiration from locally sourced ingredients and offers seasonal menus featuring North Carolina products and cuisine.

The Harbor Club at River Dunes is a private members-only club for Club Members and their guests. Dinner Reservations are requested.

The Harbormaster

Captain Bearhope, Marina Manager and Tommy Williams, Facilities Manager.

Captain Bearhope leads the marina crew with energy and enthusiasm as the Director of Marina Operations at River Dunes. Before joining River Dunes, he was a private yacht captain.

Mr. Williams has held several positions within River Dunes including Assistant Dockmaster.
