The Front Desk Reception & Reservations Desk position is focused on the guest experience, booking cottage reservations, supporting the real estate team, assisting with cottage operations and serving as our weekend customer service specialist. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, in-person and through email. You will be responsible for welcoming guests and customers as well as opening and closing the office for the day.
The scheduling for this position includes weekend hours. Full and Part-Time Applicants are encouraged to apply.
The position is based in the Harbor Village at River Dunes; but travel in the community is required to retrieve keys and check that rooms are prepared for guests. Applicant will need to be able to walk short distances to check lodging, climb stairs to reach some rooms, have a valid driver’s license, answer phones and sit at a desk for six hours. After-5p scheduling may be required to accommodate late check-ins.
