Paddleboarding Classes

This September, River Dunes will offer two paddleboarding courses with SUP Kate and Yoga Kate.

Sunday, September 10th and Sunday, September 24th

9:30 – 11:30

Paddleboarding Basics: Learning to Paddleboard at 9:30

Paddleboard Yoga at 10:30

We will begin with roughly an hour-long informative paddle session led by SUP Kate Lewis at 9:30.  Once the students feel more confident in their SUP abilities, we’ll anchor our boards and conclude with a SUP Yoga class led by Kate McDonald at 10:30.  Yoga Kate will be on the water helping the paddlers along during the first portion of the event.

You can choose to participate in either or both sessions – they’re complimentary.
